Big Ben Undergoes Surgey on Broken Nose

USA Today - Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will require surgery on his broken nose.

He was set to undergo the surgery on Monday after suffering the injury on Sunday night against the Ravens. He is also suffering from a foot injury.

"It hurt a lot," Roethlisberger said of his foot pain, "but the broken nose took some of the pain away."

Roethlisberger's nose was injured on a sack by Ravens defenders Terrell Suggs and Haloti Ngata.

Hate him or love him, Ben Roethlisberger is a beast.  The dude went up against one of the most physical defenses in all of football with a fractured foot, and then breaks his nose (evidence here) 3 minutes into the game but stays in and leads the Steelers over the Ravens with a late score in another close low scoring hard hitting game between the two teams and giving the Steelers first place.
