Fav QB Matchup – Matt Cassel @ Dolphins - With 34 completions since the bye week, Cassel has racked up 422 yards. Even though he has thrown 4 INTs to just 1 TD, Cassel is set to have a solid week against the Dolphins. He also has a new weapon in Jon Baldwin which makes his life much easier.
- 20 completions for 253 yards, did not find the endzone, but did not have any turnovers either. Pretty interesting to read just the stats from this game, and try to figure out how the Chiefs lost.
Fav RB Matchup – Steven Jackson vs Cardinals - Jackson just ran all over the Saints last week for 159 yards and 2 TDs. He also has caught 4 passes in each of the last 4 games. Even with a lead the Rams AJ Feeley threw the ball 37 times. That seems pretty dumb. Expect at least 25 carries again for SJax.
- 29 carries for 130 yards, but somehow did not find the endzone.
Fav WR Matchup – Victor Cruz at Patriots - No Hakeem Nicks means a BIG game is in store for Mr. Salsa himself, Victor Cruz. With 8 20+ yard receptions already, Cruz will be looked at down field all day against the Patriots defense, which is the WORST in the NFL.
- 6 catches for 91 yards. Led the Giants in targets with 11.
Fav TE Matchup – Heath Miller vs Ravens - He has been pretty consistent lately with 15 catches in the last 3 games. The Steelers have shifted towards the pass this year, with Mendy not having his best season, and Miller is a nice target for Big Ben.
- 5 catches for 73 yards
Fav DEF Matchup – 49ers at Redskins - The Niners D is salivating at this matchup. The Redskins are looking worse each week and with out Santana Moss, they will have a ton of trouble moving the football.
- 11 Points allowed, 2 fumbles recovered, 1 interception, 1 sack. The Redskins dumped the ball off 14 times to RB Roy Helu which led to a late 4th quarter score and 2pt conversion.
