Fav QB Matchup – Ryan Fitzpatrick vs Redskins - The Redskins are pretty good against the pass, but no Hightower or Moss will create problems for Washington's offense.  This will give Fitzpatrick the ball for the majority of the game and he knows what to do with it.

Fantasy Football Pickups for Week 8

With 6 teams on a bye week, are you in need of some assistance on who to pickup to help bolster your roster? Here are some players who we think can make a positive impact on your fantasy squad, who are still available in most leagues.

Fav QB Matchup Tim Tebow @ Dolphins - It's finally Tebow time in Denver and it's time for all owners of QBs on BYEs this week to give him a shot.  At this point in the season there shouldn't be many better options, and probably no better matchup than against the Dolphins.  Tebow can run with the best of them and that gives him a fantasy edge.
  • After what was probably Tim Tebow's worst 3 1/2 quarters of his career at any level, he took the Broncos on two scoring drives with under 4 minutes left to overcome a 15-0 deficit. 13 completions for 162 yards with 2 TDs, 65 rushing yards and a 2-pt conversion QB draw.

Must Haves
Maurice Morris (RB) - With Jahvid Best being told to sit out the rest of the year due to multiple concussions, and the Ronnie Brown trade falling through, Maurice Morris is ready to take over.  He scored 5 touchdowns in the final 6 weeks of last season filling in for Best.

Fav QB Matchup – Jay Cutler vs Vikings - As mentioned last week, the Vikings are not very good against the Pass.  If Cutler has time, which is rare, he can be great.  He will be great this week.
  • 21 Completions, 2 TDs 267 Yards, 115.9 QB Rtg, Only sacked once.

Must Haves
Ed Dickson (TE) - He is just 15% owned in Yahoo leagues, most likely because of their BYE week last week.  Scoop him up and start him every week for the rest of the season.  He is first on the team with 32 targets!

Fav QB Matchup – Kevin Kolb vs Vikings  - The Vikings can not stop the pass and the Cardinals and Kolb will take full advantage of that.  With Larry Fitz, Early Doucet and veteran Todd heap leading the way, Kolb could see 300 yards in Week 5.

Fantasy Football Pickups for Week 5

With 6 team on a bye week, are you in need of some assistance on who to pickup to help bolster your roster? Here are some players who we think can make a positive impact on your fantasy squad, who are still available in most leagues.

Must Haves
Matt Hasslebeck(QB) - Not only is he going to be the best available FA this week for Tony Romo and Joe Flacco owners, but going forward, Hasslebeck looks like a safe play each week.  Even with the loss of Kenny Britt.and just 10 completions, Hasslebeck found the endzone 3 times last week and has been a top 10 QB through the first half ot the NFL season.

If we have given you a suggestion as to who you should play, please reply on Monday or Tuesday and let us know what you did and if it worked!

Fav QB Matchup –  Matthew Stafford @ Cowboys - The Boys secondary is bad, and the Lions OLine should give Stafford enough time to pick them apart.  Stafford has the best WR in football in Megatron, a top flight TE in Pettigrew, an explosive RB in Best, a savvy vet in Burleson and an up and coming slot receiver in Titus Young.  How can the Cowboys stop him?
  • 21 completions for 240 yards a 2 scores, it wasn't until late that Stafford figured things out.  Lucky for him it was perfect timing as the Lions came from behind and won in dramatic fashion.
