Round 1
Even with Kevin Love's recent injury which will keep him out 6-8 weeks, he is still worth the 1st round draft choice as is Dwayne Wade, Andrew Bynum and Dwight Howard. I am not to sure I would be so excited about Al Jefferson or Dirk Nowitzki though.
Round 2
As much as I love watching Serge Ibaka play, he is NOT a 2nd round pick as he is limited to the rebounding, blocking categories. How can you draft Ty Lawson before you draft Rajon Rondo? I can understand someone arguing Kyrie Irving before Rondo but not Lawson.
Round 3
I think I would be looking for DeMarcus Cousins at the end of round 1 and early parts of round 2 so if you can land him in the 3rd round you have yourself a steal. I am NOT a fan of the Andre Iguodala, Nicolas Batum back to back selections. I like both players but not this early.
Rounds 4, 5 & 6
So many great players still available yet Anthony Davis is being OVER valued here. How can you draft him before Amar'e Stoudemire, Tyson Chandler, Joakim Noah, Ersan Ilyasova, Roy Hibbert and Tim Duncan? I appreciate the fact that fans have no overrated Jeremy Lin and his 6th round value seems fair. If you can draft Derrick Rose in the 6th round, then be ready to play in the playoffs!
Rounds 7-10
Not sure I would draft Kris Humphries before I drafted Brook Lopez, but a 7th round center with Lopez' skill set is a steal. Not sure I can buy into the Michael Kidd-Gilchrist hype in the NBA as a rookie on that terrible Bobcats roster. Kenneth Faried and Michael Beasley in the 8th round? Sign me up! Do not draft Jared Dudley unless you are a filling up a deep league bench. If you can get Lou Williams in round 9 be VERY happy. RICKY RUBIO in round 9 will make you a playoff team the same way that Derrick Rose did in round 6. Chris Kaman has never played with a PF of Dirk's skill level who commands double teams. Kaman will have a NICE year and a great additiong in the 10th round.
