NBA Plays for 12/26

Christmas has come and gone, but daily fantasy NBA is staying strong. We have a big day of games, but a few games that could result in blowouts. There are teams that we will avoid because of that (Spurs and Heat), and a player or two we will take the risk on due to price and split stats (Kemba Walker). With the way pricing is right now on Draftkings, there are tons of value picks, and plenty of 5-7k players that are great plays tonight.

$3,000-$4,500:
  • Jamaal Tinsley - With Mo Williams out, he went for 25 fantasy points & made 3 three pointers.
  • Lavoy Allen - 20+ points in three straight games. Tough matchup versus Memphis though.
  • Ed Davis - Be weary of blowout, but cheap price for PF/C and has good value.
  • Marcus Morris - 20+ in three straight games. Playing back to back shouldn’t hurt him.
  • Tyler Zeller - Varejao is out again, and Zeller faces a weak group of big men in WAS.
  • Shannon Brown - Has gone for 19+ in 8 of last 10 games. Has put up 40 recently.
  • Alexsey Shved - Over 70 fantasy points in last two games. Love being back doesn’t hurt.
  • Jason Kidd - No real upside of 30+, but a solid 22-27 guy. Decent matchup versus Suns.
$4,500-$6,000:
  • Gustavo Ayon - Has put up some solid 28+ nights in last 2 games, but too expensive to love.
  • Bradley Beal - 30+ in 5 of last 10 games and did fine in first game back from injury.
  • Steve Nash - Be weary of back to back, but has played great in last 2 games with tons of minutes.
  • Michael Kidd-Gilchrist - Mullens out means lock for 30+ minutes and he’s been very solid.
  • Nikola Vucevic - 36+ in 3 of last 4 games and has put up 40 in two straight with Davis out.
  • Jrue Holiday - A 40 point potential type player with multiple days off to stay healthy.
  • JR Smith - He’s got a hot hand and at this price not too much risk.
  • Metta World Peace - See JR Smith. Nash finds him on plenty of wide open 3 pointers.
$6,000-$7,000:
  • Pau Gasol - Nash found him a lot yesterday and has put up 32+ in three straight games.
  • Ryan Anderson - Faces his old team, and his last few games have been tough matchups.
  • Nikola Pekovic - Crushing lately going for 40+ in two straight games. Average matchup.
$7,000-Max Salary:
  • Zach Randolph - A double double machine against PHI who are terrible at rebounding.
  • Damian Lillard - Matchup versus SAC is great and has put up 30+ in five straight.
  • Carmelo Anthony - As long as he plays he’s a top play  each and every night.
  • LaMarcus Aldridge - SAC is a good matchup and went for 48 in last game versus them.
  • Nicolas Batum - SAC is a good matchup and 36/37/42 in last three games.
  • Dwight Howard - Beasted DEN last time they played for 28 and 20—60 fantasy points.
