Fav QB Matchup
Matt Ryan @ New Orleans Saints
  • This is going to be the most entertaining game this week, but the Falcons offense is just better than New Orleans.  Drew Brees might match Ryan on every level, but I will take the QB from the winning team.  Julio Jones, Roddy White, Tony Gonzalez and Steven Jackson....how do you even think about stopping them?
Fav RB Matchup
Marshawn Lynch @ Carolina Panthers
  • The Panthers were an average run defense last season and even held Marshawn Lynch to 85 yards on 21 carries.  But Carolina added two rookies to their defensive line and could take full advantage of first game jitters.  Beast Mode ON!
Fav WR Matchup
Reggie Wayne vs Oakland Raiders
  • If you didn't notice, last season Andrew Luck fell in love with Reggie Wayne.  Wayne averaged double digit targets all last season and the Colts could score a bunch of points in Week 1.
Fav TE Matchup
Vernon Davis vs Green Bay Packers
  • Davis has a caught a TD in each of the last 3 meetings against the Packers and eclipsed 100 yards twice.  The passing game will go through him and Anquan Boldin so there is room for many targets!
Fav DEF Matchup
Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ New York Jets
  • The Bucs get burned when teams pass the pigskin and Geno Smith will be making his NFL debut.  Tampa can contain the Jets "ground and pound" with Bilal Powell getting the nod over Chris Ivory, but Ivory will get his fair share of touches.  Tampa Bay allowed just 82 rushing yards per game, but that was aided by their terrible pass defense, which allowed a league worst 297 yards per game.  Perfect matchup here.

Upset of the Week
Bengals @ Bears

Pick 6
Patriots @ Bills
Seahawks @ Panthers
Browns vs Dolphins
Chiefs @ Jaguars
Colts vs Raiders
Texans @ Chargers

Things to Look For
What will the Ravens defense look like without Ray Lewis, Ed Reed and Co.
What will the Patriots offense look like
How much of Oregon will we see in the Eagles offense
Can the Steelers and Isaac Redman move the football on the ground
Are Jamaal Charles & Maurice Jones-Drew healthy

What are you looking for during Week 1 action?
