Best Starting Pitching Staff - AL West

The American League West is one of the more competitive divisions in all of baseball.  There is a ton of money spent in each off season to improve rosters but this off season, little was done to improve pitching staffs.

The Athletics decided to let Bartolo Colon walk, adding Scott Kazmir and will own one of the youngest, yet very talented, pitching rotations.  We will hear Taijuan Walker's name very often this season for the Mariners, who will begin the season without Hisashi Iwakuma, while the Rangers will have to do without Derek Holland.  The Angels added both Hector Santiago and Tyler Skaggs in the offseason.  The Astros....well they are the Astros.
