Best Starting Pitching Staff - NL Central

The National League Central is as tough a division there is in the MLB.  The St. Louis Cardinals have been one of the best organizations in the sport for a while now while the Pittsburgh Pirates are turning their franchise around.

The Brewers added Matt Garza in the offseason, the Cardinals continue to roll out arms from the farm system, the Cubbies have done a decent job picking up scraps from the free agent yard, the Reds have had consistency in their rotation, and the Pirates couldn't afford to bring back A.J. Burnett but added Edinson Volquez.
