Best Starting Pitching Staff - NL West

The National League West has been rotating division winners for the past decade, except for the Colorado Rockies.  We all know it is about the health of Troy Tulowitzki and Carlos Gonzalez that will lead them to the postseason via a division title.

The DBacks traded Tyler Skaggs for a bat and added Bronson Arroyo.  The Rockies acquired Brett Anderson.  The Dodgers picked up Dan Haren.  The Padres added Josh Johnson but will be without Cory Luebke.  The Giants have finally shed Barry Zito from their roster and added Tim Hudson.
