In the first inning of the Cincinnati Reds and Milwaukee Brewers game, Joey Votto drove a Marco Estrada breaking ball to deep center field. It had the distance for a home run, unfortunately  for Votto and the Reds, Carlos Gomez plays center field for the Brewers. Gomez made a leaping catch, robbing Votto of a solo homer.

It looked eerily similar to last July when Joey Votto appeared to hit a walk off home run for the Reds, off of the Brewers closer Francisco Rodriguez. However Carlos Gomez was once again there and robbed Votto of a walk off and the Brewers won the game.
