2014 Fantasy Football - Quarterback Rankings

The 2013 NFL and Fantasy Football season was dominated by Peyton Manning and his 56 touchdowns (1 rushing).  Manning finished as the top fantasy player and the best QB by a long shot.  Drew Brees was second best with 42 total TDs (3 rushing).  Manning completed just 4 more passes than Brees, but went for 315 more yards.  They were the only 2 QBs to pass for more than 5,000 yards.  Andy Dalton, Philip Rivers and Tony Romo were the only other QBs to toss for 30+ TDs but Matthew Stafford (29 passing, 2 rushing), Nick Foles (27, 3) and Cam Newton (24,6) used their legs to total 30 scores.

Foles was the waiver wire move of the season after taking over the Philadelphia Eagles offense for Michael Vick.  However, this season he will have to develop chemistry with Jeremy Maclin who missed all of last season, and will be without DeSean Jackson, who the Eagles released and has since signed with the Washington Redskins and joins Robert Griffin III.

Manning, Brees and Rodgers will most likely be gone by the end of the 3rd round. Are you going to be jumping on a QB early in the draft, or will you wait for Foles, Matt Ryan, Newton or RGIII in the 5th or 6 round?

It's a bit too early to rank Johnny Manziel because we do not know the QB situation in Cleveland and how long Brian Hoyer will be able to hold down the starting job. Same can be said for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers QBs Josh McCown and Mike Glennon, as well as the New York Jets with Michael Vick and Geno Smith and the Minnesota Vikings with Matt Cassel and Teddy Bridgewater

Who Would You Rather Have - Nick Foles or Matt Ryan?
