The Chicago Bears will have Brandon Marshall in uniform today in the Week 4 matchup with the Green Bay Packers.  Marshall has just 14 receptions on the year (4 TDs, 3 in one game), but is tied for the team lead in targets with Martellus Bennett.  Matt Forte has more receiving yards than Marshall.  The ankle is clearly nowhere near 100%, and he saw himself finish Monday Night with just 6 receiving yards, catching one of his six targets.

The Packers have allowed just 3 passing TDs all season, and limited Matthew Stafford to 246 yards, 0 TD and 2 INT last week.  Cutler could be in for a long day, but most of his targets will probably go towards Alshon Jeffery, Bennett and Forte.  If the Bears want to win this one, they will have to feed Forte the ball.  The Packers have allowed 469 rushing yards (3rd worst in the NFL) and a league worst 5 rushing TDs.

It's a tough decision to make, and the last time we told you to keep him out of your lineup he caught 3 TDs against the 49ers, but Marshall is NOT healthy and there is a better chance he catches 1 ball for 6 yards than 3 TDs.  If you have another option, use it.
