Just like the San Diego Chargers, the Carolina Panthers have had their running backs banged up early on in the season. DeAngelo Williams has missed the last two games with a thigh injury and both Jonathan Stewart and Mike Tolbert were injured on Sunday Night Football.

Mike Tolbert is out indefinitely with a hairline fracture in his leg, and now Jonathan Stewart could miss up to a month thanks to a knee sprain.

There is a good chance Williams returns for the Panthers in week 4, which would make him a borderline must start as he'll be the workhorse in the backfield. However Darrin Reaves could be worth picking up because he could see some playing time as well.
