It's been about a week since the Los Angeles Dodgers knew they were losing Hanley Ramirez to the Red Sox in free agency, and they have found his replacement. The Dodgers have made a trade with the Philadelphia Phillies for Jimmy Rollins.
Rollins who is now 36 is in the final year of his contract and is due $11 million for 2015. He only hit .243 last year with the Phillies but hit 17 home runs and drove in 55 RBI in 138 games. Rollins has the most hits of anyone to ever wear the Phillies uniform.
It is not clear yet what the Dodgers will give back to Philly in return for Rollins.
