Nelson Cruz and the Seattle Mariners have agreed to a 4 year deal worth $57 mil.  Cruz led the MLB in home runs with 40, and was fourth in RBI with 108.  Cruz will join Robinson Cano and Kyle Seager in heart of Seattle's lineup.  The Mariners gave Seager a 7 year $100 mil extension earlier this fall.  Felix Hernandez must love a guy like Cruz being added to the lineup!  The Mariners acquired Austin Jackson at the MLB trade deadline last season as well.

Cruz leaves the friendly confines of Camden Yards, and the American League East, to return to the AL West, where he spent 8 years as a member of the Texas Rangers.  He is a career .234 hitter at Safeco Field over 52 games and 184 ABs.  He has hit just 9 of his 197 career homers in Seattle.
