The Washington Nationals pulled Stephen Strasburg from his start tonight, after just 64 pitches in the third inning against the Miami Marlins.  The Nationals are 13-14 on the season, but if there is one position they can withstand an injury, it would be in their starting rotation.  However, no team can replace Strasburg.  He is not having a great season and this shoulder injury could be the reason why.

He is still just 26 years old and has been healthy since returning from Tommy John surgery in 2011.   He struck out 242 batters last season in 215 innings.
