The Cleveland Indians have called up Francisco Lindor from AAA Columbus.  Lindor hit .279 this season, and is a career .278 minor league hitter across 5 seasons, dating back to when he was just 17 years old in the New York-Penn League   The native of Puerto Rico is considered a top 10 prospect in the MLB.  The Indians selected him 8th overall in the 2011 MLB Draft.
The Indians have used Jose Ramirez at SS for most of the season, but he is hitting just .180.   Lindor will hit at the bottom of the lineup, with Jason Kipnis and Carlos Santana at the top.

Lindor is not nearly the fantasy baseball option Byron Buxton is, but at a position like SS, you can do worse.  I wouldn't rush to grab him, but if you had Zack Cozart, or unhappy with Alcides Escobar , or hate owning J.J. Hardy, I can see why you would pick up Lindor.
