The New York Yankees have placed closer Andrew Miller on the disabled list with a forearm strain. Dellin Betances will take over and my 8th round draft pick in fantasy baseball finally will get a chance to save some games! Remember, the Yankees signed Miller this offseason and with him lacking closer experience, there was debate about which stud would close games for the Yankees.
Miller has been great, saving 17 games, and over 26.1 innings pitched owns a 1.03 ERA and 0.68 WHIP. He has a 14.70 K/9.
Betances has been even better, owning a 0.28 ERA and 0.77 WHIP over 32.1 IP. He also has picked up 2 saves and 11 holds. He has even won 4 games! He has a 15.03 K/9.
