Fantasy Football RB Melvin Gordon TJ Yeldon
The RB position saw Le'Veon Bell, DeMarco Murray, Matt Forte and Marshawn Lynch score 200+ fantasy points in our .5 PPR league last season.  Arian Foster and Eddie Lacy were the only others to break 175 points.  Jamaal Charles and Justin Forsett made it 8 RBs with 150+ fantasy points.  There were only two rookies in the top 25 - Bengals Jeremy Hill (138pts) and Andre Williams (7 TDs).  Are you willing to add a rookie RB2 to your fantasy football team? Or do you prefer a veteran running back?

The San Diego Chargers selected Melvin Gordon with the 15th pick in the 2015 NFL Draft out of Wisconsin.

The Chargers had the 2nd worst rush attack in the NFL last season, averaging just 3.4 yards per carry.  Injuries to Ryan Mathews, and Danny Woodhead led to Branden Oliver leading the team in rushing yards with 582.

Gordon should see a heavy workload, with Woodhead playing catch out of the backfield.

FantasyPros ranks the Chargers RB Strength of Schedule at 16.

The Jacksonville Jaguars selected T.J. Yeldon with the 36th pick in the 2015 NFL Draft out of Alabama.

The Jaguars averaged 4.5 yards per carry last season, 6th best, but only ran the ball 360 times, 5th lowest, playing most of their games from behind.

Yeldon will have to produce to keep Denard Robinson off the field,  and we could see spurts of the great Toby Gerhart.

FantasyPros ranks the Jaguars RB Strength of Schedule at 8.
