Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Week 4

Week 4 of the NFL will be without Tom Brady, Ben Roethlisberger, Tony Romo, Jay Cutler and possibly Drew Brees. Only Brady's New England Patriots are on a BYE week. Marcus Mariota and the Tennessee Titans will also have the week off. If you are in need of a QB, these guys can help!

Tyrod Taylor (39% Yahoo) vs Giants - Even Kirk Cousins put up 300 passing yards on the Giants. Having completed three touchdown passes in back to back weeks, Taylor could make it three in a row. Plus he can always do work scrambling.

Derek Carr (25%) @ Bears - Oddly enough, the Bears held Aaron Rodgers and Carson Palmer to just 374 passing yards combined, but allowed seven touchdowns!  Russell Wilson was the first to complete 20 passes and throw for 200 yards, but scored just one TD.  Carr plus Amari CooperMichael Crabtree and Latavius Murray will put up points.

Andy Dalton (52%) vs Chiefs - Dalton and A.J. Green are going to set QB/WR duo records at this pace.  Might be better uuited in leagues that do not score QB completions.

Joe Flacco (57%) @ Steelers - Back to back games with 32 completions, 360+ yards and two touchdowns.  Steve Smith has been lighting it up and the Steelers defense has been anything but good this season.

Michael Vick  (3%) vs Ravens - Any QB that gets to throw passes to Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell is worth a shot!

Blake Bortles (11%) @ Colts - Bortles should be good for two TDs and 240+ yards for a third straight week.  Double up if you own Allen Robinson/Allen Hurns.

Alex Smith at Cincy against that Bengals defense is a desperation move.

Those of you who own Dion Lewis and LeGarrette Blount will have to default back to your original RB option or pick up one of these guys!

Karlos Williams (25%) vs Giants - Looks like LeSean McCoy has already been ruled out!  Williams has looked like one of the best running backs in the NFL over his first three games.  The rookie faces a Giants defense that hasn't been challenged by a running back with his skill set yet but have limited the likes of Joseph Randle, Devonta Freeman, Alfred Morris and Matt Jones to just 3.4 yards per carry.

Devonta Freeman (64%) vs Texans - Freeman took full advantage of Tevin Coleman being sidelined and scored 3 rushing touchdowns against the Dallas Cowboys.  He added 52 receiving yards (5) to 141 rushing yards.

Ryan Mathews (55%) @ Redskins - DeMarco Murray did not play against the Jets and Mathews and Darren Sproles sparked the Eagles offense.  Mathews rushed for 108 yards and caught a TD pass from Sam Bradford, while Sproles ran for a TD and returned a punt!  Sproles did little with 11 carries and was not a factor in the pass attack.

Ronnie Hillman (36%) vs Vikings - Any RB that lines up behind Peyton Manning is worth starting. C.J. Anderson does not care you own him in fantasy football.  Ronnie Hillman does!

Charles Sims (10%) vs Panthers - Not the best matchup, and is behind Doug Martin on the depth chart, but he could help a PPR owner.

Julian Edelman, Kendall Wright and Dorial Green-Beckham are out on BYE weeks.  With Alshon Jeffery sitting the last two games, Eric Decker sat out the Jets game and they fly to London and Sammy Watkins dealing with a calf injury.  Has anyone seen Andre Johnson or Roddy White?!

Michael Crabtree (49%) @ Bears - The Raiders are for real and Crabtree has found a new home in Oakland opposite Amari Cooper.

Percy Harvin (55%) vs Giants- Gotta play this guy while healthy!  The Giants have allowed a lot of completions under their zone and Harvin could put up some points in PPR leagues.

Marvin Jones (21%) vs Chiefs - Touchdowns in back to back weeks and has been the best Alshon Jeffery replacement on two of my teams.

Rueben Randle (28%) @ Bills -  Victor Cruz returns to the Giants lineup and will steal the spotlight, but Randle could have another big game with the lack of attention for the Bills top corners, who have to cover Odell Beckham.  Randle will catch those Preston Parker drops.

Ted Ginn Jr. (10%) @ Buccaneers - No Kelvin Benjamin, no problem  Cam Newton has led the Panthers to a 3-0 start and Ginn leads Carolina receivers with 10 receptions (22 targets) and 188 yards. He has three receptions for 20+ yards.  Greg Olsen is the only guy stealing targets from Ginn Jr.

Rishard Matthews (33%) vs Jets in London - Matthews three TDs this season is already a career high. He is coming off back to back 100 yard receiving games and has become Ryan Tannehill's #2 behind Jarvis Landry.

Cecil Shorts (10%) @ Falcons - If Arian Foster doesn't return this week, expect Ryan Mallett to continue to sling the ball around.  DeAndre Hopkins will draw attention from opposing defenses and Shorts will battle Nate Washington for targets.  However, both of them have seen enough to warrant an add in PPR leagues.

Devin Smith (1%) @ Dolphins in London - I like Smith a lot more with Eric Decker healthy.  Could be worth a stash though in nonPPR leagues.

Ty Montgomery (6%) @ 49ers - Looks like he has passed Davante Adams on the depth chart and caught the first TD Aaron Rodgers threw on Monday Night Football.

Kenny Britt (7%) @ Cardinals - I am not Nick Foles biggest fan but Todd Gurley is back and stats are stats. Cardinals are an ugly matchup.

No Rob Gronkowski, no Delanie Walker but we might see Julius Thomas make his Jaguars debut!

Coby Fleener (19%) vs Jaguars - Dwayne Allen is battling injuries again and Andrew Luck looked like he finally figured things out at the end of last week.

Charles Clay (18%) vs Giant - When Clay is healthy he produces.  TDs in back to back games.

The Giants brought in Chris Cooley - Larry Donnell has been warned!
