Earlier this week, the Green Bay Packers announced RB James Starks had jumped over Eddie Lacy as the #1 RB on the teams depth chart. Fantasy football owners and NFL fans everywhere already knew this, but the Packers finally made it official. Now, just prior to the start of their Week 10 matchup with the Detroit Lions, the Packers announce that Lacy will be inactive.
Green Bay has not run the ball effectively in 2015, with one of their RBs gaining at least 50 rushing yards just 4 times, including the first two games of the season. Aaron Rodgers does not even include them in the passing game, with Starks six catches and 83 receiving yards last week being the only time a Packers RB had at least 5 catches or more than 41 receiving yards.
