With the NCAA Mens Basketball season set to tip-off this weekend, the University of North Carolina Tar Heels just received a commitment from 4 star guard, Seventh Woods.

Roy Williams did a fantastic job recruiting for 2016, despite the turmoil surrounding UNC. Woods will join center Tony Bradley, guard Brandon Robinson at North Carolina in 2016.

Despite being from Columbia, South Carolina, Woods decided to join the UNC over USC.

A 6-foot-1 guard from Hammond School (S.C.), Woods made a name for himself early in his high school career with YouTube highlights and mix tapes showcasing his athleticism and dunking ability. However, Woods is more than just a guy who makes plays in the open court. He's improved as a distributor and decision-maker as his high school career has progressed, although he still is working on being more of a pure point guard at the next level. - ESPN
