The Indiana Pacers continue to have a very impactful off-season as they have signed free agent big man Al Jefferson to a 3-year deal worth $30 million.
Jefferson who has been plagued by injury for most of his career, played 47 games last year with the Charlotte Hornets and averaged 12 points and 6.4 rebounds per game.
Looking at what Timofey Mozgov got from the Lakers ($16 mil/year) this is a steal for the Pacers.
Jefferson joins Jeff Teague, and Thaddeus Young as new members of the Indiana Pacers for the 2016-2017 season. They'll fit nicely with Paul George, Monta Ellis and Myles Turner. The Pacers could be in for a big season next year and could challenge the Cavs for the top spot in the Eastern Conference.
