The Tennessee Titans have traded WR Dorial Green-Beckham to the Philadelphia Eagles for OL Dennis Kelly. DGB was selected 40th overall in the 2015 NFL Draft and caught 32 of his 66 targets during his rookie campaign. He gained 549 yards and scored four touchdowns.
He scored in weeks 2 and 3, on the receiving end of throws from Marcus Mariota and then not again until December. He posted his first career 100 yard game against the Jaguars in week 13 catching his 3rd TD and scored again in the final week of the season on a pass from Alex Tanney.
Green-Beckham had two 100 yard games in December. He trailed only TE Delanie Walker in targets, yards and touchdowns last year.
This is an interesting move for the Eagles, who already had Jordan Matthews and Nelson Agholor on the roster before signing Rueben Randle and Chris Givens in the offseason.
The Titans also added depth at the WR position this offseason, bringing in Rishard Matthews & Andre Johnson, while drafting Tajae Sharpe. Kendall Wright is still recovering from last years injury and battling a hamstring injury.
Dennis Kelly is a 6-foot-8, 321-pound fourth-year offensive lineman. The Eagles drafted him out of Purdue in the fifth round in 2012. He has 15 starts and 30 games played with time at right tackle (nine starts) and guard (four starts at RG, two at LG) during his NFL career in Philadelphia. - @PaulKuharskyNFL
