Just as soon as the Robert Griffin era started in Cleveland, the Browns will be without their free agent signing for half of the year.  RGIII injured his shoulder in Week 1 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.  He is not eligible to return until Week 10.

Just a stupid, stupid play.

Griffin was 12-26 for 190 yards, no touchdowns and an interception.  He ran for 37 yards.  102 yards came on two completions - one for 44 to Terrelle Pryor and one for 58 yards to Corey Coleman.

Josh McCown will take over for Cleveland, a team that is just waiting for Josh Gordon to return from suspension.

The Browns were able to run on the Eagles defense, averaging 5.7 yards per carry for 120 on 21 carries.  Isaiah Crowell led the team with 12 carries and 62 yards.  Duke Johnson rushed for 22 on just three carries.  He added another 28 yards on three receptions.

Next up for Cleveland is the Baltimore Ravens, a defense that just put a lid on Tyrod Taylor, LeSean McCoy and Sammy Watkins. Browns Robert Griffin Injury
