The Los Angeles Clippers will be without PG Chris Paul for through the All-Star Break and probably into March. Paul tore a ligament in his left thumb. Raymond Felton (24% owned Yahoo) and Austin Rivers (34%) are the the two players that should benefit from CP3 missing time. Felton actually averages 10.3 points, 5.2 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.8 steals in six starter this year.
The Clippers are currently 29-14 and currently on a 7 game win streak. They should be able to survive without Chris Paul, despite already missing Blake Griffin since early December. LA lost the five games Paul missed at the end of December, but won the first two of 2017 without him.
There is very little out there at the PG position that Chris Paul owners need to go run and add, but without Jeremy Lin, the Brooklyn Nets have been running Spencer Dinwiddie (1%) at the point. Dinwiddie is seeing 24 minutes per game over the last two weeks and while he wont always reach double digit points, he has done a nice job grabbing rebounds and handing out assists.
Garrett Temple (7% PG SG eligible) is another "starter" that is available in most leagues, but the Kings guard will help very little outside of points and steals.
Michael Carter-Williams (25%) is another option to consider.
Go check to see if Brandon Ingram (51%) is available in your league as Luol Deng is out indefinitely with a wrist injury.
