Using FantasyPros Zeile Consensus Projections, we calculated the relative positional value (RPV) for Yahoo 2B, SS and MI positions. Instead of using the top scoring players at each position, we looked at the top ADP. We listed 14 players at 2B/SS, as Jonathan Villar and Jean Segura are eligible for both. For MI, we took what was left of the 2B/SS position after the top 12 were selected at each position.

As you can see, we ordered them by ADP, but RPV is all over the place. Clearly, if you do not want Altuve in the 1st round, or don't get the chance to draft him, you can wait for Dozier/Odor in the 3rd/4th rounds. I like LeMahieu/Kipnis enough to ignore their -11%/-9% RPV and would be more than happy starting the season with him as my 2B - you just have to make sure you nailed your other draft picks!
Machado is the top SS eligible player, despite being the Orioles 3B. At his natural position, he has an RPV of 9%, where the top 12 average is 552.8 projected points. All of the hype entering the 2017 MLB season surrounds Peraza/Baez, but fantasy baseball owners can comfortably draft Diaz and compete for a championship!
There is still some good value left to fill out your roster but Semien is a seriously undervalued fantasy player, despite his career .246 avg. I would love to have him as a MI/Util candidate and a backup SS to my starter.
