Since 1990, only the Cowboys, Broncos and Patriots repeated as Superbowl Champions, so the Saints know they have a lot of work to do. The offense will not miss a beat as they did not lose any many starters(Jamaal Brown OLine). The Defense will need to continue to force turnovers to get the offense back on the field. This is no easy task since Charles Grant, Kendrick Clancy, and Scott Fujita are no longer on the team. This season will be won or lost on the defensive side of the football. Everyone knows the offense is going to score.....a lot!
Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons were hit by the injury bug last year with Matt Ryan and Michael Turner missing games. Roddy White proved he is an elite receiver last year and expect that to carry into this season. Dunta Robinson was brought in to help the 5th worst pass defense in the league. The defense is not Fantasy worthy as they are not aggressive enough to create sacks and interceptions but they only allowed 20.3 ppg. If the offense can stay healthy expect the Falcons to be right there for the last wild card spot.
Carolina Panthers
Key Acquisitions: Ed Johnson, Jamar Williams, Marcus Hudson, Aaron Francisco, Wallace Wright.
Jimmy Clausen, Brandon LaFell, Armanti Edwards, Eric Norwood, Greg Hardy

The Panthers have the best running back duo in the league in DeAngelo Williams and Jonathan Stewart. Both ran for over 1000 yards and you can expect that again this season. Matt Moore has filled in nicely during his time as the Panther starting QB, but he is a career backup. Steve Smith is the only receiver the team has and drafting Brandon LaFell should help. The defense was top 10 in points allowed at only 19 a game. If they can stop the run look for the Panthers to be right behind the Falcons fighting for that last wild card spot.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Key Additions: Reggie Brown, Keydrick Vincent, Jon Alston, Sean Jones, Gerald McCoy, Brian Price, Arrelious Benn, Myron Lewis, Mike Williams, Brent Bowden
Key Losses: Byron Leftwich, Antonio Bryant, Brian Clark, Arron Sears, Jimmy Wilkerson, Chris Hovan, Matt McCoy, Jermaine Phillips, Will Allen.

The Buccaneers are still rebuilding and will be rebuilding for a few more years. The defense needs to figure out how to stop the run (worst in league) but they have a top ten pass defense. Josh Freeman is the key to the offense this year and needs to stop throwing interceptions. They went out and drafted two wide receivers this draft, Arrelious Benn & Mike Williams, and that should give Freeman some more comfort this season. The running backs were non existent last season and that forced the Bucs to throw all day which is not how their offense is designed. Look for the Bucs to walk the plank again this season.
