UPDATE - Rams Danny Amendola - Dislocated Elbow

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Danny Amendola "wants" to play Monday night against the Giants, despite a severely dislocated left elbow suffered in last week's loss to Philadelphia.

The Rams did not just lose a football game last night to one of the top teams in the league.  They lost Steven Jackson after just two rushing attempts and they lost WR Danny Amendola, possibly for the season, after he dislocated his elbow falling down after making a catch.  Fox had the coverage of the game, and when they returned from commercial, they said that the replay was too gruesome and unnecessary to show again.  They probably made the right decision not showing it.

With WRs Colston and Amendola already out for an extended period of time, the already thin WR position has just become even thinner.  It Devery Henderson(22%) and Robert Meachem(55%) are already on a roster, look for Jordy Nelson (70%) or even Jabar Gaffney(5%).  Gaffney was open often against the Giants, and Grossman just missed on a couple of big plays.
