Fantasy Football Pickups for Week 7

With 6 teams on a bye week, are you in need of some assistance on who to pickup to help bolster your roster? Here are some players who we think can make a positive impact on your fantasy squad, who are still available in most leagues.

Must Haves
Maurice Morris (RB) - With Jahvid Best being told to sit out the rest of the year due to multiple concussions, and the Ronnie Brown trade falling through, Maurice Morris is ready to take over.  He scored 5 touchdowns in the final 6 weeks of last season filling in for Best.

Tim Tebow (QB) - This is his team now as the Broncos have put Kyle Orton on the Market.  Think numbers like Newton in which he might throw 1 TD and rush for 2 more.

Fred Davis (TE) - With Chris Cooley out for 6 weeks, the TE position is all Fred Davis'.  Even if John Beck keeps the QB position, Davis is a weapon.

Tashard Choice/Demarco Murray (RB) - If Felix Jones does not play  Felix Jones is out for a couple of weeks.  These guys will be splitting the carries next week against the woeful St. Louis Rams.  Great matchup as the second half should be hand off after hand off.

Solid Pickups
Doug Baldwin (WR) - The undrafted rookie out of Stanford has 13 catches in the last two weeks.  A favorite target of QB Tavaris Jackson, Baldwin is a solid pickup who can replace your BYE week receiver nicely.

Greg Little (WR) - There is a lot of talk about Greg Little and rightfully so.  With back to back 6 catch games, Little has become Colt McCoy's go to receiver.  If Peyton Hillis continues to miss games, and the Browns continue to attempt 43 passes a game, Little will be a big fantasy player.

Good For A Week
Earnest Graham (RB) - His 109 yards last week were not a fluke.  If you hand him the ball, he will he gained 898 yards in the 07-08 season and scored 10 times.  Even with a tough matchup, Graham is probably the best available RB at just 53% owned.  After this week they have a bye and Blount should be back so take the points while they are there!

Players to Watch
Carson Palmer (QB) - It has been a while since Palmer has seen live action so don't be so quick to pick him up.  However, the Raiders have a solid OLine which should give him plenty of time to find his receivers.....that he has known for less than a week.
