End of Season Fantasy Baseball Shortstop Rankings

Ian Desmond is truly the top SS in fantasy baseball.  Brian Dozier took everyone one of his ABs as the Twins 2B, but these rankings are based on Yahoo position eligibility.  Billy Hamilton took 0 swings at any infield position this season and is an OF.  Dee Gordon had all his ABs as a 2B.  It is one of my biggest pet peeves in fantasy sports, when player are eligible for positions they don't play!

Baseball's Best Leadoff Hitters

Clearly Troy Tulowitzki would have topped this list, if he stayed healthy.  We seem to say that every season.

Jean Segura was just awful this season for the Brewers, but his .319 average in September rose his Post - All-Star break BA to .271 which is a good sign for those who want to give him a go next season.

It seems like year after year, guys like Alexei Ramirez, Erick Aybar and Jimmy Rollins are at the top of the SS list, yet every Spring Training we draft Tulo and Hanley Ramirez in the first couple rounds.  While the SS position is a position worth taking a risk on, I highly suggest just waiting until someone falls into your lap later in drafts and letting someone else take the risk with Tulo or Han-Ram in the early rounds.
