Carson Palmer to Start for Cardinals

The Arizona Cardinals will get Carson Palmer back today, after 2.5 games from Drew Stanton and rookie QB Logan Thomas finishing last weeks loss to the Denver Broncos. Stanton led the Cardinals to 2 wins, and while he did not throw an INT, he only complete 2 passes for touchdowns (in the same game), both to John Brown. Thomas completed an 81 yard TD pass to Andre Ellington. Palmer led the Cardinals to a Week 1 victory over the San Diego Chargers, completing 24 of his 37 pass attempts for 304 yards and 2 TDs, to Brown and Stepfan Taylor.

Michael Floyd has 2 games with 5 catches for 100+ yards, but has failed to score, really hurting his fantasy football value. Larry Fitzgerald has yet to gain 60 yards in a game. Palmer's return is good news for the entire Cardinals offense.  A matchup with the Washington Redskins today is a safe way to get readjusted.  No team has allowed more fantasy points to a QB than the Redskins.
