End of Season Rankings- Fantasy Basketball Guards

Stephen Curry might have finished 3rd in fantasy basketball rankings, but he is the favorite to win the NBA MVP award, leading the Golden State Warriors to the best record in the NBA.  James Harden was the best player in fantasy basketball during the 2014-15 season.  Fantasy.Basketball.MVP

Russell Westbrook had 11 triple doubles this season, but was limited to just 62 games played. Westbrook led all guards in fantasy points per game, at 63.  Harden scored 58 fantasy points per game. The Oklahoma City Thunder are fighting to hold onto that final playoff spot in the Western Conference without Kevin Durant and Serge Ibaka.

Dwayne Wade, Kemba Walker, Jimmy Butler, DeMar DeRozan and Wesley Matthews really hurt fantasy owners, missing significant times with injuries.

Elfrid Payton scored more fantasy points than the eventual NBA Rookie of the Year Andrew Wiggins.

Finish Strong

Reggie Jackson played 22 games with the Detroit Pistons, averaging 17.6 points per game, 8.7 assists and 5 rebounds, and really helped fantasy owners make a run in the fantasy playoffs.  He ranked 7th among guards over the final 30 days of the fantasy season.  However, the Pistons went on a 10 game losing streak as soon as he joined the club, and played themselves out of the NBA playoffs.

Who will sign him as a free agent and will he get a max deal?

George Hill and Evan Turner were two of the top 12 guards over the final 30 days of the fantasy basketball season. Turner even posted two triple-doubles.  The Boston Celtics are currently the 8 seed in the East.  Hill averages 11 points per game for his career, but averaged 19.4 points in March.  The Indiana Pacers are one game out of the final playoff spot in the Eastern Conference.

Paul George returned to the Pacers lineup Sunday, scoring 13 points in 15 minutes!
