Colts QB Andrew Luck Out 2-6 Weeks

The Indianapolis Colts and Andrew Luck beat the undefeated Denver Broncos in Peyton Manning's return to Indy.  However, the Colts lost Luck to a lacerated spleen and abdominal tear in the process for 2-6 weeks.  The Colts are on a BYE week before a road game in Atlanta, hosting the Buccaneers and traveling to Pittsburgh.  Sitting at 4-5 and in first place in the AFC South division, the Colts need luck and Luck, to hold on.

The fantasy football playoffs, if you are lucky enough to get there, would see Andrew Luck face the Jaguars, Texans and Dolphins.  All favorable matchups.  If you can survive, be it with Matt Hasselbeck, or more than likely the other QB you have rostered with Luck on a BYE, you could get some big games out of the Colts QB.

In Hasselbeck's two starts this season, against the Jags and Texans, he completed 63% of his 76 pass attempts for 495 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions.  Andre Johnson caught two of those touchdowns with the other going to TE Coby Fleener.  T.Y. Hilton caught 12 passes for 155 yards.

Frank Gore rushed for 153 yards and scored a TD in Luck's absence.

Luck has been the fourth best fantasy football QB over the last four weeks, behind Drew Brees, Philip Rivers and Tom Brady.
