Bortles stunned the fantasy football universe with a huge second-year leap, setting single-season franchise records in passing yards and scoring strikes to close out 2015 as the fantasy QB4. Only Tom Brady tossed more touchdown passes than Bortles did. The Jaguars triggerman also flashed some nice mobility, finishing sixth among quarterbacks in rushing yards. Heading into 2016, Bortles looks primed to take another step forward. All of his talented young weapons will return, including Jacksonville's pair of 1,000-yard wideouts - Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns - along with red-zone target Julius Thomas. Marqise Lee enters the preseason healthy for the first time since the Jaguars drafted him two years ago, and the dynamic playmaker is expected to contribute. While Bortles' upside is huge, he should be drafted with caution. Last season Bortles frequently started games slowly and had to sling the rock a ton in come-from-behind mode or in garbage time. He didn't always rack up big trash-time numbers. The 24-year-old triggerman connected on just 58.6% of his passes and tossed an NFL-high 18 interceptions, so it's obvious that he's still learning. Jacksonville's acquisition of Chris Ivory strongly suggests a team that notched just five rushing touchdowns in 2015 wants to run more effectively - especially in the red zone - so a slight drop off in Bortles' numbers - especially touchdown passes - is very likely. - Fantasy Sharks
