Yankees Trade Carlos Beltran to Rangers

The New York Yankees continue to sell and rebuild their farm system.  This time, they have traded Carlos Beltran to the Texas Rangers for Dillon Tate.

At 39 years old, Beltran is having another solid year, hitting .304 with 22 home runs and 21 doubles.  He will join a Rangers that features two middle infielders in Ian Desmond and Jurickson Profar.  Beltran, Profar and Nomar Mazara should rotate in the OF and Beltran will get time at DH as well, sending Joey Gallo to the bench.

It's a great problem to have as a MLB manager but for fantasy owners, this will make it so you have to pay attention to the Rangers lineup each night.
