Fantasy Football Week 13 Love 'Em Leave 'Em

Week 13 could be a very important week. For many of you, it's a must-win week. For many others, however, you have either already clinched, or already not clinched the playoffs. Hopefully, you've clinched!  If you use Kirk Cousins in a lot of leagues, your week is not off to a good start. Let's hope you can do better on Sunday.

Love 'Em: Jared Goff @ ARI - So far, Jared Goff has been pretty predictable. He's a strong QB1 in an easy matchup, but should not be used against a strong defense. Arizona, allowing the 4th most FPPG to opposing quarterbacks, is an easy matchup. Goff played very well in the first game against Arizona this season, but a 33-point victory locked him up for most of the game. Goff is a top-10 option this week,

Honorable mention: Marcus Mariota vs. HOU, Phillip Rivers vs. CLE

Leave 'Em: Matt Ryan vs. MIN - Minnesota has been shutting down quarterbacks all season long. Only Drew Brees, Jameis Winston, and Kirk Cousins have thrown for over 250 yards against them this season. Matt Ryan is good but rarely blows up. I'm going to bet Minnesota holds him under 15 fantasy points tomorrow.

Honorable mention: Derek Carr @ NYG, Jameis Winston @ GB

Love 'Em: Alex Collins vs. DET - Alex Collins has done well this year. He struggles at times but has a rushing touchdown or 100 yards on the ground in 3 of his last 4 games. Detroit has allowed 8 rushing touchdowns over their last 6 games. I definitely like Collins's chance to add at least 1 more to their 7 game total. Collins is a trustworthy RB2 this week.

Honorable mention: Jordan Howard vs. SF, Dion Lewis @ BUF

Leave 'Em: Kareem Hunt @ NYJ - Kareem, Kareem, Kareem. After going nuclear Week 1 with over 45 PPR points, Hunt has under 40 rushing yards in 2 of his last 3 games. The KC Chiefs are a mess right now and Hunt is no different. He's in a major slump right now and faces one of the better run defenses in the league in the Jets. After just 17 rushing yards last week, you simply can't start Kareem right now.

Honorable mention: CJ Anderson @ MIA, Devonta Freeman vs. MIN

Love 'Em: Davante Adams vs. TB - Davante Adams has at least 80 receiving yards in 3 straight games and gets the worst pass defense in the league, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Just like Aaron Rodgers and Jordy Nelson had unlimited chemistry, Brett Hundley and Davante Adams have unlimited chemistry. We saw what Julio Jones was able to do against this joke of a defense last week. I like Adams for 75+ yards and a touchdown.

Honorable mention: Cooper Kupp @ ARI, Robby Anderson vs. KC

Leave 'Em: Golden Tate @ BAL - Golden Tate has had an up-and-down year. He struggled for a bit, got injured, did well, and is back to struggling. He's got just 7 catches for 39 yards over his last 2 games. This week the Lions play the Ravens, who are holding opposing WR's to the 3rd least FPPG in the league. If it's a must-win week, I'd leave Tate on the bench.

Honorable mention: TY Hilton @ JAX, Kenny Stills vs. DEN

Love 'Em: Hunter Henry vs. CLE - After being held for under 3 catches for 3 straight games, Henry resurfaced for a big Thanksgiving day. He caught 5 balls for over 75 yards and a touchdown. This week, Hunter gets the terrible Cleveland defense. They give up the second most FPPG to opposing tight ends. Henry has earned the job over Antonio Gates and will be a TE1 for this week.

Honorable mention: Jared Cook @ NYG

Leave 'Em: Austin Seferian-Jenkins vs. KC - ASJ has cooled off in a big way after being a TE1 for the middle portion of the year. He's been held under 30 receiving yards in 3 of his last 4 games. The Chiefs aren't the type of defense to rebound against either. They rank in the top 8 of least FPPG allowed. Hopefully you can find a better option than the former Buccaneer.

Honorable mention: Tyler Kroft vs. PIT
