NBA Mock Draft

As we enter NBA Draft month, rumors of the New York Knicks trading down from the third pick to acquire the Atlanta Hawks two first-round picks (8/10) are swirling.

As a Knicks fan, I understand why we would consider this deal, but the drop off in talent after R.J. Barrett is too steep for a team as far away from competing as we are. With or without Kevin Durant and/or another free agent signing.

Sure that might sound counter-intuitive and the Knicks should look to acquire as many assets as possible, but we are still looking for a Franchise player. Barrett could be that guy if we miss out on all the free agents.
